Rick Williams.....

 

 Is from Chicago Illinois, the father of seven children and is  married to LaChante. He currently  resides in Indianapolis Indiana.  Rick obtained his Business Degree from Ivy Tech Community College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with an associates degree in 2012.  

 

He wrote the script for The Hustler in 2005 and debuted his stage play in September of 2013 in Chicago.  Since it's debut it has run 24 times in Indianapolis and Chicago.  

Rick is currently working on a script for the upcoming stage Play Jezebel that is set to launch in the Summer of 2018.  

 

 Rick wrote his first play after the passing of his little sister Tisha, who was battling cancer and now his focus is helping to deter violence, and eradicate cancer.  

 

Rick strongly feels that "Our people perish due to a lack of knowledge" and that the violence in our land is attributed to our lack of knowledge of the Bible.  He also believes the Western world does not focus on cancer prevention. His mission is to employ the Word of God through theater, to overcome these 2 daunting issues.  

 

His approach is to bring the Bible stories to modern day in order to help others better relate. "People have faced the same issues today as they were thousands of years ago but they can all be solved by revisiting the word of God". Rick Williams
